Beauty Social Salon in NYC, owned by celeb hairstylist Angela Calisti had been around for a few years but hadn’t maintained a strong social media presence, and the salon hadn’t had a digital marketing strategy.
In just two months of implementing a social media strategy and testing out content, Raquel took Beauty Social Salon’s engagement from 0.30% to 2%. Bringing it closer to Instagram’s average, and reinvigorating the salon’s core audience.
Also, increased impressions by +230%. With the salon having 15,000 impressions in just a few weeks on Instagram.

LITTIL is a ring-light brand catering to an audience of women entrepreneurs, creators, and celebs who need to shoot content on the go. Something the brand wanted to do was to build a true community among its core customers.
Through educational and thought leadership content with the founder, Raquel was able to strategize and create content that connected with the viewers. Creating campaigns for both Black History Month & Women’s History Month where she interviewed customers who were business owners and integrated these interviews into social media, email marketing, and the brand blog.
She also organized and produced weekly Amazon Live Giveaways with the founder, for the entire holiday season. 15+ Livestreams.
These efforts and more resulted in a gain of 3K+ followers. Increased engagement, and an increase in AOV by over 50%.
